Nemox 10K i-Green

The GELATO 10K i-Green is a free-standing batch freezer with a simplified storage function, capable of producing 2 kg of gelato in 12–15 minutes and up to 10 kg per hour. Its intuitive control panel features three buttons for operating the compressor, mixing paddle, and automatic storage function. The machine offers both manual and automatic operation for flexibility.

In manual mode, users activate the compressor and paddle motor. Once the gelato reaches the desired consistency, it can be extracted or stored using the storage function. If storage is not activated, the density control system stops the paddle motor when the ice cream becomes too hard.

In automatic mode, pressing the conservation switch initiates the full production and storage cycle. The software automatically starts storage when the gelato reaches the correct consistency. Cleaning is made easy with a built-in drain system.
