Nemox 5+5K Crea Twin i-Green

The Gelato 5+5K TWIN i-Green is a free-standing batch freezer that prepares two flavors simultaneously, featuring independent refrigeration and mixing systems. It produces 1.25 kg + 1.25 kg (3.5L) of ice cream in 12–15 minutes, up to 10 kg (14L) per hour, with an air-cooling system and wheeled design for easy mobility.

In manual mode, users control the compressor and paddle independently, with an automatic stop to prevent mechanical strain. The storage function maintains consistency with four selectable firmness levels.

The automatic mode offers four programs: ice cream/gelato/sorbet, semisoft ice cream, granita, and blast freezing, ensuring precise texture and temperature control. Once the desired consistency is reached, the machine seamlessly transitions into a conservation cycle.
