With its patented mixing stirrer and Gentle Dosing System (GDS), it eliminates overrun loss, providing fast, precise, and evenly distributed filling. The VALMAR “SPECIAL” program allows for the dosing of ice cream with mix-ins up to 7 mm, such as chocolate, nuts, or fruit.

Designed for hygienic, automated cup filling, it boasts the largest dispenser volume on the market (15.5 L) and comes with two standard cylinders, with additional cylinders available for purchase. It includes two round nozzles, with other nozzle shapes available on request.

The machine offers automatic history downloads via USB, a foot-operated switch, and a solid, easy-to-assemble construction. All components are dishwasher safe, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance.
