Saeco Aulika Evo Focus adalah mesin kopi espresso otomatis Italia dengan teknologi canggih dan desain elegan berwarna hitam dengan aksen biru pada dispenser.
Menggunakan sistem hidrolik dua sirkuit (double boiler + double pump), memungkinkan proses pemanasan dan ekstraksi lebih cepat serta stabil.
Dilengkapi dengan kapasitas wadah biji kopi 500 gram dan tangki air 2,5 liter, mesin ini memiliki penggiling berbahan baja dengan 7 tingkat pengaturan manual.
Pengguna dapat menyesuaikan kekuatan kopi (6-10 gram dalam 6 langkah) serta ketinggian dispenser kopi (85-105 mm), mendukung penggunaan gelas latte macchiato hingga 14 cm.
Keunggulan utama mesin ini adalah fitur One Touch Cappuccino/Latte Macchiato dengan sistem Pinless Wonder Cappuccinatore yang terpasang langsung di bagian depan mesin untuk pembuatan susu berbusa secara otomatis.
