Since it was founded in 1987, Valmar has stood out as a highly specialized manufacturer of machines for ice cream products. The company speciality was, and still is, high-efficiency artisan batch freezers and later high-capacity batch freezers up to 28 kg of gelato per production cycle.

Valmar’s key strengths are the competence, passion and resolution of its founder, Mr Valter Jejcic, a product-developer who graduated in mechanical engineering in 1984 with a degree thesis on ice cream making equipment. Mr Jejcic not only is a manager in his company but also coordinates the technical department R&D activity and is one of the most qualified experts of cooling technology in the ice cream machine sector.

The competence and know-how of Valmar’s owner have led the company to develop an innovative and cutting-edge technology applied, among others, to the new series of Valmar TTi machines, which meets the different needs of the food sector: ice cream products, confectionery, food service and Ho.Re.Ca.

TTi is the new Valmar’s Touch & Type combined unit. Thanks to modern technological innovations this machine meets the most demanding and complex requirements of artisan gelato production. The flavour-by-flavour process (different recipes) or the white base mix process are both available by operating one or more pasteurizers (Sweety TTi).
